This Privacy Policy explains how HOST Medical Consulting, PC (“HOST Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit brittanybaticonsulting.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us.
We provide business consulting services to med spa, aesthetic, and wellness practices — entity structure, compliance documentation, physician oversight introductions, and operational support. This policy covers our website and the information we collect through it; it does not cover the privacy practices of third-party services we link to, such as our scheduling provider.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you book a consultation through our scheduling link, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your practice. That scheduling tool is operated by HubSpot, not hosted on our own servers — see “Third-Party Services” below.
- Information you send us. If you call, email, or otherwise contact us directly, we keep the information you share so we can respond and follow up.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers (Cloudflare) log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps — for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not currently run our own analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- Provide, manage, and improve our consulting services
- Send information you’ve requested about our membership tiers or services
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this Site and our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing the information it processes:
- HubSpot — powers our consultation scheduling. Information you enter to book a call is collected and processed by HubSpot on our behalf.
- Cloudflare — hosts this Site and provides content delivery and security services.
- Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on this Site.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Cookies
This Site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded on or linked from the Site (such as our HubSpot scheduling page) may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies once you navigate to them.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including hosting this Site behind Cloudflare’s security and encryption infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
